HOW THIS ALL STARTED:
We didn't set out to build a business. We set out to do work that fully expressed who we actually were.
In 2018, Sammi and I started helping people from our living room. We didn't have a business background. We didn't have a following. We had a real walk with God, deep care for people, and a slow realization that the conversations that lit us up the most weren't happening at our jobs.
Eight years later, we've coached over 12,000 people and trained 500+ Christian coaches. But the headline of our story isn't the numbers. It's that we get to do this work for a living — fully remote, fully sustainable, in full alignment with what we feel called to. And we get to do it together.
